Chocolate Raw'Nola


Prep time; 10 minutes


7 pitted Medjool Dates

1 cup oats

2 heaped tbsp cacao powder

1/2 cup almonds

2-3 tbsp maple syrup (more depending on how sweet you want it)

Pinch sea salt

!/2 cup buckwheat

1/2 cup quinoa puffs

1/2 cup cacao nibs

1/4 cup goji berries


Place the dates, oats, almonds + cacao into the food processor. Pulse until the mixture is all broken up and combined, stream in the maple. Add in the buckwheat and quinoa puffs and pulse to incorporate, but not too much as it you want some chunks! Transfer to a bowl and add in the rest of the ingredients and fold in.

Store in an air-tight container.
