Choc Peanut Butter Buckwheat Granola
Prep time; 5-10 minutes
Bake time; 15 minutes
Serves; 2 (if you want to make a bigger batch double the recipe)
2/3 cup buckwheat grouts (preferably activated)
1/3 cup cashews (or any nuts)
1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tbsp cacao powder
Pinch sea salt
3 tbsp peanut butter (we used @byronbaypeanutbutter)
3 tbsp maple syrup
Pre-heat oven to 180C.
Line a small baking tray with baking paper.
Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl mix the wet tahini & maple.
Pour the wet mixture over dry and mix together.
Spread the mixture on the baking tray evenly.
Bake in the over for 20-25 minutes.
Allow too cool to room temp before serving.
Store in an airtight container.
