Peanut Butter Acai Bowl

Peanut Butter Acai Bowl

Prep time; 5- 10 mins

Serves: 2


Ingredients

I frozen packet of açai

1 cup frozen banana

1 cup frozen berries

2 tbsp peanut butter

1 tsp coconut oil

Dash plant based milk 


Directions

Place all ingredients into a high speed blender and pulse on high, scraping down the sides and stirring to encourage blending. Only adding enough milk for it the blend but still be super thick.


Top with some more peanut butter and our delicious choc peanut butter granola.
