Super Green Bliss Balls

Super Green Bliss Balls


Prep time; 10 minutes

Serves; Approx 10 bliss balls


2 cups almond meal (left over from making almond milk) 

1/2 cup dates (packed) 

5 tsp tahini  or any runny nut butter

2 tsp mood belt blue green protein power powder (Spirulina & Tocos)

2 tbsp cacao nibs 


Place all ingredients apart from the cacao nibs in the food processor and process until combined and starting to form clumps. 

Fold in the cacao nibs. 

Spoon out and roll into balls. 

Coat in sesame seeds, desiccated coconut, cacao nibs… whatever you like. 

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. 

Such a yummy absolutely guilt free healthy protein packed snack!!
