Known for my playful, nourishing and creative meals, I love to personalise menus to you & your guests experience.

We take pride in using only whole foods & natural ingredients. Sourcing our produce from local and organic growers. And minimising as much plastic and waste as possible.

  • Raw Plant-Based Desserts - PlantLab culinary school (LA, USA)

  • Level 1 Fundamentals of Plant Based Raw Cuisine - PlantLab culinary school (LA, USA).
